Through participation in the yoga class ones anatomy is affected by hatha yoga, this is because it becomes more relaxed and flexible during this period. This means that your body will be able to handle more stressful situations with more ease. This will mostly be because you would have learned how to handle stress with the new ability of how to breathe and relax during the hatha yoga classes. The anatomy of hatha yoga also includes body parts and breathing. The lower parts of your anatomy are affected by hatha yoga in all kinds of different ways.

There are poses that require you to hold the different lunge positions for long periods. These will be focused on just one part of the wall with your eyes then you will be breathing through your nose in one slow regular pattern. While certain muscle groups of your body are working there other groups of your muscles are relaxed.

Get In Touch With Yourself

Part of the anatomy of hatha yoga is to help one get in touch with their bodies. While you do the poses they make you aware of all the different groups of muscles you have in each portion of your body. The way the anatomy of hatha yoga works is if you will be in a pose and there are certain muscles holding you up, that muscle group will be the ones working the other group will be completely relaxed. This motion through the anatomy of hatha yoga will put one in touch with their legs.

In addition there are other poses that require one to hold a leg up in the air while balancing on the other one. These poses are not as easy as they look and they require one to focus and pay careful attention down through the bottom of their foot to be able to stay stable. Their great deal of focus allows one forget about their current problems leaving them in peace and relaxing their minds.
