I don't know why… but recently I've became VERY involved in excersizing and eating right. And usually I'm very lazy so this stuck me as an odd urge that occurs overnight to a 14 year old girl.. lmao. But anyways, I was wondering if anyone knew of a good site or something for good exercises for buns, thighs and calves. And also yoga poses for beginners? I tried palaties, but it was out of a book and very confusing.. I didn't know if I was doing it right?? So if anyone knows of some good sites that explains the poses/exercises very clearly that would be AWESOME! thanks
